Dog Guard has been in Western New York since 1996 for installation and service needs. We are proud of the excellent reviews Dog Guard has garnered in those years and continue that quality of service to this day.

We had a choice of joining other underground dog fence companies, but chose Dog Guard because of the family-oriented team and the company’s commitment to quality products and service. We know you’ll find the same peace of mind we have with our own dogs in your Dog Guard fence system.

Our Story

We had an underground fence installed when we moved into our home in 2006 after our two dogs kept taking off, and we had to search for them for hours. We had this beautiful yard but were petrified to let our pets enjoy it, too! We kept them on leads and leashes at all times- which we knew wasn’t convenient for us or for the dogs.

After a quick and easy training session, our dogs were easily trained on the Dog Guard system, and we were able to experience the comfort and peace of mind of just opening the door and letting them out to run and enjoy our yard. We knew our neighbors were more confident seeing the Dog Guard signs and knowing they were safe.

Our three heavenly angels (Sam, Max and Lily) and our two family additions (Cooper and Molly) have all been trained on the Dog Guard program, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
